Our grant programs are designed to meet women where they are. Whether you've been doing the work for years, building something new, or just need the financial runway to start.

It's more than just funding. It’s mentorship, network access, and community.

Change Agent prize

Recognition for proven leaders already breaking barriers for other women.

For women – in any field and in any role – with a demonstrated track record of doing work that helps other women.

Up to $90,000

Mentorship, cohort experience, and network access available, not required.

For the Change Agent Prize, Pave HER Way limits consideration only to individuals who have been nominated by someone from our invited pool of nominators. Pave HER Way will not be accepting direct applications for this specific grant.

disruptor award

Sponsorship for a transformational project or idea with clear public benefit for women and girls.

For women – in any field and in any role – who have a project or idea that credibly qualifies as a form a "public benefit" for other women and girls.

Up to $90,000

Mentorship and cohort experience required. Network access available.

Financial Aid

Need-based support for women facing financial barriers to taking the next step.

For women with a vision for impact, who presently need financial assistance to fund their education or to overcome personal hardship.

Up to $30,000

Mentorship, cohort experience, and network access available, not required.

Who Can apply

Pave HER Way funds women ready to build something real. Before you apply or join the waitlist, please make sure you meet these eligibility requirements.

You identity as a woman

You are at least 18 years old

You are a U.S. resident or citizen

You are not a relative, officer, employee, or member of the Board of Directors of Pave HER Way
