Pave HER Way is a national nonprofit that empowers courageous women to make the world a better place for all women.

We provide women with funding, mentorship, network access, and community – to remove barriers for them, and to sponsor them, so that they can make the world more equitable for other women and girls.

We embody the belief that when women are given a full suite of support – financial, communal, and structural – they can focus on what matters most: harnessing their gifts to reimagine the world around them.
