Learn how to update Media Kit page copy, resources, and featured leadership bios via Webflow.
The Media Kit page is built so PHW can keep key press materials current without needing to redesign the page. Some content is edited directly on the page in Webflow, while other sections are managed through the CMS.
Use this guide to update page copy, Essential Resources, and the Key Leadership section.
Use this process for content that lives directly on the Media Kit page, including the purpose/tagline section and other regular page text.

You do not need to edit code or change the design for these updates.
The Essential Resources section is powered by Webflow’s CMS. This means each resource card is edited from a CMS collection, not directly on the page.
Use this process to update logos, photos, video links, press releases, fact sheets, or other resource cards.
Within each Essential Resource item, you can update:
If you need to add a new resource, create a new item in the same Essential Resources collection, fill out the fields, save, and publish.
The Key Leadership section on the Media Kit page pulls from the same Team Member Bios CMS collection used on the Leadership page.
This means leadership information only needs to be maintained in one place.

To remove someone from the Media Kit page, follow the same steps and turn off the Feature in Media Kit toggle.
This will only remove them from the Media Kit’s Key Leadership section. It will not delete their bio from the Leadership page.
Because the Media Kit page and Leadership page share the same Team Member Bios collection, updates to a person’s bio may appear in both places.
To update someone’s leadership information:
Before changing a shared bio, remember that the same content may appear on multiple pages.
